This is one of our largest albums we have ever designed! It was very difficult to select the final images...I simply had way to many to choose from. Betsy is the best! When you see the album you will know what I mean. The smile, radiant eyes, and her easy manner in front of the camera made the day a breeze. Mark has never been fond of a camera but really warmed up after the ceremony. They make a great pictorial contrast.
If you are getting married and looking for a live band, give the Impalas a call. They have a ton of talent and rock the house.
The Indiana Roof Ballroom is an exceptional venue for a wedding, especially one of this size. We worked with the well-known event planner, Rayna Traylor, for the first time. She had extraordinary ideas and paid great attention to the details of the reception. We hope to see her again.
We wish Mark and Betsy the very best as he is off to complete his training to be a fighter jet pilot.

Thank you for your kind comments. It always makes the day, the job, and the photos better when you have a great subject to work with such as Betsy. I wish more people were in the habit of leaving comments on the blog. Everyone seems to send us emails instead. Thanks and keep checking for the next installment. I am off to California for a wedding next week. Wine country! I am excited to get out of town and shoot some new scenery.

I am absolutely obsessed with this cover photograph for this album! The colors are gorgeous. You do such an amazing job. Paul and myself were so thrilled with you and Shannon during our weekend and if you EVER need to give out a reference please let us do that for you.

I use Photoshop to design and lay out all of my albums. I am sure I could save time using another program, but this works for now. Over the winter I will try and find something to streamline the process. Two days per album is a bit much.

As I look through this album, I am SO struck by how natural, carefree and photogenic the groom is!! What, is he like a model or something?! WOW! The bride is gorgeous too.
